2017 Summer Moorings & Storage Application Forms

The Mooring Application forms have now been sent out. Craning out is booked for Thursday 12th and Friday 13th October and once you have received your form it would be a great help if you could complete it and return it to the Treasurer asap.
Messages from Chief Ship’s Husband:

1. Dinghy Racks - As previously advised, chains have been attached to the dinghy racks on the club site so that members can use their own padlocks to secure their property. This work took place early in March, weather. Thanks are due to Terry George for doing this work for us. Ensure only a single length of chain is used.

2. Can members with boats moored on our moorings at Totnes please ensure that the Warps (mooring lines) between boat and buoys is kept short. This helps all the boats keep in line and not swing about.

3. Members can store tenders on the Clubhouse Site (£43 per year) or in the Boat Park (£22 per year) However - only Inflatable tenders are allowed on the Clubhouse Site. All tenders must be clearly named with your boat name (i.e. T/T Sunset) and display a current DHNA License sticker.

4. During the summer, please park considerately in the Boat Park - leave enough room for members to remove tenders.

If you have questions or problems regarding mooring or the boat park, please contact the Ships Husband Team. We thank you for your help.
